How it Works

LenderBuilt is a joint technology venture allowing select mortgage lenders to shape the next generation of mortgage technology. LenderBuilt is designed to help mortgage companies upgrade their current technology platform and overall business performance while limiting their resource investment in light of current market conditions. Movation is being developed in phases, with each module available as a stand-alone product. This allows companies to address critical technology gaps without having to replace their existing technology platform.   Participating lenders will work in conjunction with Motivity Solutions to map core processes and business objectives to help identify which module will solve their technology gaps. LenderBuilt participants will receive a perpetual license for the module including applicable maintenance and support.
